Time to relax today and we needed it.
Bodies are sore and tired.
Breakfast at 9:30 and depart at 10:30 for training.
Light training and regeneration session that included some juggling and a soccer tennis competition. Great for the boys and the body.
Lunch at 1:30 and free time to nap, laundry, walk around, etc.
Dinner at 8 and once again meals are top quality.
So nothing to brag about today except our naps, which I am a big fan of LOL.
